- 1 pound tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic to the skillet, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and sauce thickens.
- Mix in cooked tortellini, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
- Can substitute with cooked shrimp or vegetables for variety.
- For a cheesier flavor, add extra Parmesan on top.
