- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken and chopped spinach; cook until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cooked mixture.
- Transfer everything to a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot with crusty bread or a side salad.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and cheese.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
