Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant and translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in orzo pasta, cook for 1-2 minutes to toast slightly.
- Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
