- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 cup Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to warm through.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or red pepper flakes.
- You can replace chicken with sautéed shrimp for a seafood twist.
