- 1 cup beer
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in beer and bring to a simmer.
- Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.

- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or smoked paprika.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
