A hearty one-pot creamy beef and garlic butter pasta that combines tender beef, fragrant garlic, and luscious creamy sauce, all cooked together for maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 300g beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Increase heat and add sliced beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
  3. Add pasta to the pot along with enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
