- 200g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 300g beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Increase heat and add sliced beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Add pasta to the pot along with enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute beef with chicken or make it vegetarian with mushrooms.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pasta.
