- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until potatoes are golden and tender.
- Return beef to the skillet. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 10 minutes until flavors meld and sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover, and cook until cheese melts. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use sharp cheese for a richer flavor.
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of cream or sour cream before serving.
