- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix turkey, stuffing, cranberries, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, and egg until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Warm cranberry sauce and serve the stuffing balls with a drizzle of sauce.
