- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cooked stuffing
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberries, parsley, sage, salt, pepper, cheese (if using), and egg in a bowl.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and roll each in breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the stuffing balls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with cranberry sauce.

- Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the oven.
