- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Stir in orzo pasta and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, stir in grated Parmesan, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
