Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the potstickers and cook until they are heated through and slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add chopped bok choy and shredded carrots, cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade potstickers for convenience.
- Adjust soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.
- Vegetarian version: use vegetable broth and omit any meat-based ingredients.
