Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Cream butter, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing well. Add milk as needed for dough consistency.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll up tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly and drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
