Instructions

- Cream together softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in mashed bananas.
- Prepare cinnamon-sugar mixture by blending cinnamon with sugar.
- Pour half of batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar mixture, then top with the remaining batter.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar over the top to create a swirl.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
