Instructions

  7. Fold in mashed bananas.

  9. Pour half of batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar mixture, then top with the remaining batter.
  10. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar over the top to create a swirl.

  12. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
