Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté sliced smoked sausage in a skillet until browned and slightly crispy.
- Spread seasoned potatoes in the baking dish. Layer cooked sausage over the potatoes.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the sausage and potatoes. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: broil for 2-3 extra minutes for a crispy top.
