- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla on the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, then evenly distribute pepperoni slices and basil.
- Cover with the second tortilla and cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, serve hot with marinara sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or Parmesan cheese. You can also use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free version.
