- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven or grill to medium-high heat. Mix garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil to marinate chicken slices.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
- Lay tortillas flat, evenly distribute cooked chicken, top with shredded cheese and parsley.
- Roll up tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Place wraps in a baking dish, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, until cheese melts, or grill for 3-4 minutes each side.
Notes
- Use cooked chicken or leftover cooked chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, add hot sauce for extra spice.
