Delicious, cheesy broccoli pinwheels that are perfect for toddler meals and snacks. Crispy on the outside, cheesy and veggie-filled inside.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped broccoli until evenly coated.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
