Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped broccoli until evenly coated.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
- Spread the broccoli cheese mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
