Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and sugars until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the mashed bananas, mixing gently.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.
- Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for approximately 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
