Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Add sour cream and mix until dough forms. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into triangles.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chopped pecans, melted butter, and vanilla to make filling.
- Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up starting from the wide end towards the point.
- Arrange rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Optional: Drizzle with caramel or glaze before serving.
