- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cold butter. Mix until crumbly. Press into the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the baked crust.
- In a small bowl, toss blueberries with lemon juice. Swirl blueberries gently into the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes until filling is set. Cool completely before slicing.
