- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in sliced bell peppers and green onions, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Cook for another minute.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture, toss well.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed for dietary restrictions.
