Instructions
- Bring the broth to a simmer in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavor.
- Gently add the potstickers into the broth and cook for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions, cilantro, and chili peppers if desired.

- You can use homemade or frozen potstickers for convenience.
